All services are delivered online via agreed communication channels such as email, WhatsApp or other platforms.

Delivery timelines are estimated and will be communicated individually based on the scope of the service. Delays may occur if required information or feedback from the client is not provided on time.

A service is considered delivered once the agreed work has been sent or made available to the client.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our controlDelivery is deemed accepted if no issues are reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
